It was close to everything, clean & had a wonderful view.
Nothing, it was clean & everything worked. There is no lift for bags.

It’s nearby the Mont saint michel base. The free shuttle bus exactly stops in front of the hotel.

Closest hotel to the bridge. Pretty good breakfast. Very comfortable mattress
We were placed on the third floor and there’s no elevator…

The location
1. When I booked the hotel, I wasn’t informed that I would need to pick up my key at another hotel nearby—I only found out a few days before my arrival. 2. I booked a room like the ones shown on the website, but I was given an accessible (ADA-compliant) room that lacked a bathtub and had no shower screen or curtain, which caused water to spread all over the bathroom. 3. One of the beds was dirty; the sheets had long hairs on them and were stained. 4. The staff were friendly but unable to provide solutions or alternatives; I had to track down a housekeeper myself to get the bedding changed. 5. The cleaning staff left a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies right next to my door overnight—they were still there when I checked out the following day. It was an unpleasant experience; you arrive expecting a clean place to rest.
