Clean, comfortable, nice polite stuff, nice price-quality. Good location, close to mall of the Emirates, close to metro, there are, at least, two places for outdoors walking near. I used swimming pool and jacuzzi several times which also were in good condition.

I really enjoyed how comfortable and relaxing the whole stay felt. The complimentary upgrade to a spacious one-bedroom suite was a lovely surprise, and the room itself was clean, fresh, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. There was plenty of space to unwind, and having two bathrooms was also a great convenience.
The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and everything from arrival to departure was smooth and hassle-free. The complimentary upgrade was also a lovely touch and made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would happily stay here again.
Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was how comfortable the room was. I slept in and missed breakfast! 😂 That was completely on me, though. I was confident I’d wake up on time and decided not to request a wake-up call. Apparently, I was too comfortable for my own good! 😅
Other than that, I genuinely don’t have anything I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was great!

Good location, free guest parking on site. Restaurant food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool open until 9pm. Very relaxing.
Coffee bar prices were over the top and not good value for money. The furniture (living room and kitchen) in the suite was a bit dated and could benefit from upgrading. No walk in shower (the shower is over the bath) so not great for older guests, and no grab rail for getting in and out.
