The beds were SOOOOO comfortable!!!!! The room was very big with a nice balcony and it was so clean! Every staff member was friendly and reacted with a sense of urgency even with a simple ask. The location was perfect!!! Just a 10 minute walk to the center and the ferry port. We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again.

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The décor was a little dated, especially in the bathroom, but overall the room was pleasant.
One of the highlights was breakfast being served in the garden, which was absolutely lovely and made for a great start to the day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and there was a good variety of food at breakfast.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Unfortunately, housekeeping was the main disappointment. During our four-night stay, our room was cleaned only once, and that was after we asked reception to arrange it. On other days, we would go out and leave the sign requesting the room to be cleaned, only to return tired after a long day and find the room exactly as we had left it.
We understand that August is a very busy period and perhaps the housekeeping team was understaffed, but for a four-night stay we would expect the room to be serviced more regularly, especially when the cleaning sign was left out.
Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, particularly the comfortable bed, beautiful garden breakfast and friendly staff, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement.

Central location, beautiful rooftop pool and view, great amenities.
The walls are paper thin and there is no sound proofing unfortunately. I stayed on the first floor, for a single room, which was still expensive. I heard every noise, footsteps, cough, and movement from the room above me and down the hall. There was also no quiet hour with people on my floor continuously coming and going throughout the night.
