The staff are incredibly friendly and happy to accommodate any requests . Location is amazing a short walk into Sorrento and the views spectacular. Has an incredible Michelin star restaurant but quite pricey . Dinner for two 540 euros .
The breakfast is average for a five star hotel served at the table and slow. More staff required. The rooms are very basic and could do to be refurbished. Would be rated 2 star in Dubai. Not worth paying for the hot tub outside as not much privacy we had the maid hanging washing out next to our room and could see through the partition.
