Rooms were lovely and staff were friendly. Food was good and reasonably priced
Cost in a tax to and from port is 60 euros. Mosquitos at night. Was bitten no end in the room.

Directions to get the shuttle on first arrival into Sorrento were poor.
Comments from other visitors were inaccurate as they indicated pick up was at the Lucky store (closed) rather than just beside bridge at Cesare Augustus hotel. It was a short walk from train station once it was clear.
Directions to shuttle should be given to new guests.

The location, the view was amazing. Free transportation to Sorrento city and back. free parking.
hard bed. bed linen and towels do not match a 4 star hotel. standard breakfast.The restaurant food was not tasty.
