The big space of the room.

The staff does not exit. They offers services that you pay but they don’t provide you.

The place was clean and it was really near to the pedestrian street (5 minutes walking). It had a lovely balcony and it was equipped quite nicely, so we had everything that made our stay comfortable.

- The host didn't really communicate with us, just sent all the info in advance, but whenever I asked something, I didn't get an answer. - It was nice that the cleaning ladies came every day to clean the room, but they turned off our AC once while we were out, so the time we came back, the room was really hot. I think if the guests pay for the accommodation and for a service, then it is the guests' decision when to turn on and off the AC, and for how long. - I must say the place looks much bigger in the pictures than in real life, it was not as big as it was stated in the description at all. - I think it's outrageous that you have to pay for the elevator. we almost never had 20 cents with us, so couldn't even use it. As a solution: maybe the accommodation should cost 10 euros more, and in that case the host doesn't need to save money by turning off the AC or charging you for the elevator usage.

Great location, 5mins walk to the centre. Very clean and comfortable room. Fantastic balcony with shade at all times.

The lift didn't work for free as per the description. Cleaning of the other rooms in the morning was waking us up.

The room is lovely, the balcony is perfect to have a drink in the end of the day, the kitchen works to prep quick meals, my kids loved the bath.

There is no shower in the bathroom and, for me who was traveling with 2 kids was a bit far to the beach. The room was really lovely but in the end of the day sorrento didn’t attend my expectations for a family travel. And also you need to pay to use the lift.

Nice and flexible staff. Comfortable rooms. While it was outside of the historic center and needed some walking, it was quiet and a good place to sleep.

Finding the place is difficult. Fortunately, they had good communication with us prior to the trip and provided good directions for the access. The elevator is very old and slow. We ended using the stairs most of the time.

The cleanliness and location. The balcony and kitchen were great additions too. The check in process was very simple

There was only a jacuzzi but no shower. Parking was expensive and tricky to use

studio itself is clean, modern and spacious. Great bathroom and shower which I appreciate. Well equipped kitchen and coffee machine which pods were provided which was amazing. balcony overlooking pool to next hotel was decent view- we were able to swim in the pool for a day for around €20 pp. very close walking distance to the centre and beaches around less than 10 minutes which was perfect for us and could buy groceries in nearby shops too not too long of a walk. any queries I had before and during my stay were answered and they also offered a shuttle to the airport which was helpful.

the building the flat was in was old/ a bit run down which could give the wrong first impression but as soon as you enter the actual property it is very modern and clean

The walk was far, some info about the town would have been helpful.

Everything was fantastic! The apartment was very clean and spacious! Very next to the old city centre! Sabina and Veronica were very polite and helpful! We recommend it unreservedly!

The owner was very nice and welcoming. The location is really next to sorrento corso italia the main touristic street. Parking on site for a fee as annonced was convenient. The room was really a decent size with kitchenette and big bathroom. Cute little balcony where we could seat 2 people. Walking distance to evrything needed.

It was not made clear that the pool was not a part of the building and it was not for free. It belongs to the next building and you have to pay 15 euros per person. Looking at the pictures and description on booking it made us think it was included and on site.
