Overall, everything went well. ❤️ I really liked how clean the place was, and the outdoor area was beautiful. thank you
The only thing that really bothered me was that in some of the hotel rooms, even after midnight, you could still hear loud music and noise from the entertainment. It made it difficult for me to sleep and caused me to have a sleepless night. 🌸 The surroundings are so peaceful, which makes it even more noticeable. Other than that, everything was wonderful, but this was honestly quite disturbing for me.

Lovely hotel with welcoming staff.
Our junior suite was fantastic with all your needs for a comfortable stay.
Lots of facilities within the hotel that would have been nice if available.
Good breakfast and evening meal was great.
Facilities not available, so unable to get the full hotel use.

Cleanliness, Convenient Parking, Location of Hotel, Simplicity in interior design & large spaces.
1. Bad WIFI: Some evening wifi access was not available staff said that they too have no access, couple days after password was added on wifi without notice, when wifi was available speed was less than 5Mbs therefore couldn’t stream games.
2. Unavailable Breakfast: Although breakfast until 10am, when we came 09:15am not every thing was replenished.
3. Hidden charges: On Check-out staff requested payment for water that was placed in our booked room without specific request.
