Very large studio with equipped kitchen, table with chairs and terrace. Bathroom is rather basic but ok. Simple but tasty breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers, parasols and a lovely garden. Large parking lot. The hotel is located next to the motorway entrance and close to the cycle route, making it convenient for trips by car or bicycle.
Close to train and motorway so there is some noise, but we didn't bother.

Grazia welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived. I even wanted to pay right away, but she told us to relax first and take care of everything during checkout. It was a refreshing change, as many places start talking about payments and city taxes immediately. 😊
The photos on Booking are exactly what you get in reality—no AI-enhanced pictures and no misleading images of only the best room. After staying in previous accommodations where the rooms did not match the photos, this was something we really appreciated.
The swimming pool and garden are both beautiful and very well maintained. There are also options to rent bikes or enjoy wellness services for an additional fee.
Francesca and Vincent, the owners, are very humble and welcoming people. We spent a lot of time talking with Francesca, learned a few Italian words, and it was clear that she genuinely wants her guests to have a great stay. Whenever we needed something, they were happy to help. We asked for an iron and it was provided right away. When I asked about coffee, Francesca recommended Lavazza, which was a great suggestion.
The room and kitchen are comfortable and make you feel at home. We also received useful tips about places to visit around the island, although unfortunately we did not have enough time to see everything.
If you stay here, I definitely recommend visiting Passignano sul Trasimeno. Walk up to the higher part of town, enjoy the views, take some photos, and watch the sunset.
Another big plus is the supermarket right next to the property. It is large, reasonably priced, and has everything you might need.
Most of all, I will miss Francesca and Vincent’s coffee—it was absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Highly recommended!
The only thing that might be worth mentioning is that the property is located next to a road. During the day, especially in the summer, there can be quite a few motorbikes passing by. If you are planning to spend weeks relaxing by the swimming pool and are looking for complete silence, this could be something to consider. For us, however, it was not a problem and it did not affect our stay.

We have never experienced such a wonderful, feel-good vacation before. We were welcomed so warmly at the Parkhotel Montigeto. The owner, Francesca, is such a charming person; she anticipates her guests' every wish, and her husband diligently supports her in running the hotel. It was a truly harmonious stay. The breakfast was exquisite, plentiful, and left nothing to be desired. In addition, freshly baked cakes were provided every day. Although we usually don't eat cake for breakfast, we simply couldn't resist here. It was *sooo* delicious.
Furthermore, the hotel offers a spa area featuring a sauna and whirlpool—excellently appointed—where you can truly indulge yourself. The fitness room, too, is remarkably spacious and well-equipped for a hotel of this relatively modest size.
We highly recommend this accommodation.
