Una struttura organizzata come un vero 5 stelle. L’accoglienza da parte della direzione è stata estremamente professionale, ma allo stesso tempo così vicina e attenta ai desideri degli ospiti da farti sentire quasi in famiglia. Tutto il personale sempre sorridente, disponibile e soprattutto davvero in ascolto, con una gentilezza sincera e spontanea che non è affatto scontata. Il giardino è qualcosa di meraviglioso, curato e mantenuto in maniera impeccabile. La pulizia, semplicemente perfetta. Che dire… lo consiglio assolutamente. Ringrazio di cuore tutta la squadra dell’Eros per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. ❤️
Aggiungerei un servizio di vendita di lenzuola, loro hanno le lenzuola più morbide che abbiamo mai visto in Hotel, sembrava raso di cotone..
