The location and the view were just amazing. Relaxing atmosphere and authenticity. No bling bling.
Price vs value and quality of the lunch menu. Quite boring when you are used to top quality in Italy.
Price of cocktails (15€ for an Aperol Spritz) is definitely a deal breaker when you can get a very good one for 7-8€ in the city. Sports room should definitely have a full refurb.

Fabulous location, peaceful, friendly reception staff who were so helpful.
The rooms could be updated a little e.g. the very old hair dryers on the wall, nicer in-room amenities, fix small things like cupboard doors not closing properly or our toilet seat was not attached fully and shower door did not close. The cleaning was ok but not thorough for the price you are paying for the rooms.

Great location, beautiful setting, direct access to the sea, a large swimming pool and generous public areas. LIve piano playing every night, friendly staff and amazing views. An ideal holiday location.

Position, good breakfast and comfortable bed
Dirty, old-fashioned bathroom with a mouldy shower curtain. The room safe didn’t work and it took them hours to find a solution. They hadn’t provided us with bath towels and also on this occasion it took them hours to bring them. They didn’t answer the message we sent them asking for directions from the port to the hotel.
