Location and shuttle service
Initial arrival there was hairs on floor and bathroom. Mosquito management should be considered

The staff was very friendly and English-speaking. They have free service from the hotel to the city by car. The breakfast was quite good with many kinds of food, fruit, and drink. Moreover, they offer free coffee for breakfast.
This is just a small suggestion from me. It would be great if you could provide guests with a pair of slippers to use during their stay. I was in many beach hotels in Vietnam, and most of them provided cheap slippers.
