Good

Good and peaceful location with helpful staff.

The real life didnt quite meet the pictures on the booking website. Room was really really small and air conditioning was really loudy, it didnt sound normal at all. We traveled as a couple and Gardesana offered us a bed to sleep in but really nothing else. Also they didnt have a restaurant offering dinner.

Superb

Great location, very close to restaurants and Lake Garda. Clean and tidy rooms. The pool and sunbeds are amazing. The pool bar was also open. Accepted to the apartment together with a pet (dog), for which we are very grateful. Breakfast was very good.

The only minus is the environmental supervisor, who for unknown reasons started cleaning the environment very loud at 7 am. in the morning and at 11 p.m. in the evening, which really disturbed calm sleep. Staff have been asked to fix this issue. Everything else was perfect.

The airco in our room didn’t work while it was really hot inside and we where traveling with a 2 year old child. Bathroom wasn’t clean. And hotel staff and management couldn’t be bothered with our issues and weren’t friendly.

A pleasant and beautiful vacation in Riva del Garda

The hotel was close to all facilities, the lake is right next to the hotel, the staff is very friendly, the room was fine, clean, the breakfast was good, there is parking for the car. I would recommend the hotel.

wonderful place for a good price. good location to have a nice walk to the lake and also easy to reach centre. amazing p

pool was wonderful. we took a swim late in the evening and it was amazing. also the location is perfect and we were able to go for a easy walk to see the surrounding

Comfortable spot from which to explore the beautiful Riva.

Helpful staff, clean room and nice view of the mountains from my room. Delicious and fulsome brekky. Close to good restaurants and shops and lake, but a 15 or so minute enjoyable walk to the historic part of town.

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the main part of the town and this is reflected in the price, as it is cheaper than hotels in the town! The pool area (and pool) were lovely and the breakfast was great!

The room was very poorly laid out, and we couldn't open our suitcases without tripping over them. The main light switch only worked if the light switch above the bed was switched a certain way. You can't control the air conditioning and it also switches off for a few hours every night to allow the motor to cool down! The bathroom was extremely dated and the shower was the smallest shower I'd ever seen!! While we were there it rained every day and there was nowhere to hang our clothes in the room, and no way of controlling the air con to help dry them. The WiFi only worked about 50% of the time. If you need an adaptor for your plug, then you won't be able to plug your phone in beside the bed because it hits against the light switch so it constantly flashes on and off. While the price is good value for Riva del Garda, it's still overpriced.

Location was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful. Lovely pool area too.

Nice place to stay in Riva, close to the promenade

+ great location near beach and promenade; + clean facilities; + nice and clean swimming pool; + very good breakfast; + nice and helpful staff; + big wardrobes; + big parking for hotel guests; + elevator in the facilities.

- very poor wifi in the room (it was ok in the lobby and swimming pool, but in the room it almost didn't work at all!) - lack of hooks in the bathroom (no place to put your towels); - fridge wasn't working well; - maybe some renovation works might be necessary.

clean and quite place close to the lake

location was very close to nice pizza and gelato places. It was also also very close to the lake. Breakfast was basic but very clean. Room was a single room with a balcony with nice view although not directly towards the lake

bike garage was accessible to non hotel guests and from what I can tell no cameras. Didn't feel like my bike was safe. Personell (staff) was a b it reactive or maybe just not so outgoing
