Well located, plenty of parking, a pool was bonus. 5 minutes to lake edge walkway and only 15mins to the old centre. The breakfast was awesome. We were lucky to get a great view from our balcony room on second floor.
The aircon wasn't great. Turning on made the room warmer. Hotel tried to sort out but no luck... I think they just had the master temp set too high.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the lake and within easy reach of restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. There is also a beautiful walking path along the lake with lovely views. A great benefit was the Guest Card provided by the hotel, which included free public transportation in the area as well as free access to many local attractions. The breakfast offered a rich selection, and the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by trees was a lovely and peaceful place to relax.

The location was fantastic. Thorougly enjoyed the breakfast - a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and fresh scrambled eggs. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The rooms are more basic than expected - finding a plug socket that fitted a travel charger was difficult, and the hairdryer was very old and barely useful.

Room was modern and uncluttered. Breakfast was great and pool area was lovely.
I had purposely booked a hotel with pool and AC as we were travelling with teens and wanted to ensure we were comfortable in case there was a heat wave. Upon entering the hotel, it was pretty stuffy and our room, even more so. The AC would not go lower than about 27 degrees even after ensuring doors and curtains closed. Being in a small, stuffy, and warm room with four people was not what I had in mind or paid for. When I questioned this to staff, I was given a BS reason that they kept it at certain temp as they didn't want to risk legionella disease. Wow. And by some miracle, that same afternoon, I was able to decrease the AC to a more comfortable temp. I understand you want to save costs but having spending a good chunk of money to ensure comfort, I would expect a decent AC and not being fed a ridiculous reason for controlling the temp.
