Perfect

The location of La Colombera is so peaceful, set in its own vineyard, and a 20-minutes walk (or less than 10 minutes by bike) from the beach and 40 minutes to the main harbour or town centre. We stayed for a week in apartment 3, "Il Sole", which was on the first floor, easily accessible and very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen/diner/lounge (complete with balcony) had everything we needed for a self-catering week, the bedroom had plenty of wardrobe and storage space, and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. The 4-piece bathroom also had lots of room, storage space and hot water. The numerous information leaflets, maps and guides that were freely available made it easy to plan our days out, as did the very fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection. Parking was easy immediately outside our apartment. We were able to use the apartments' laundry room and garden area, and also enjoyed a very good meal (with 5% discount) at the in-house restaurant. There was free access to borrowing the property's bikes, and our dog was made to feel very welcome indeed. Finally, our stay was made easy thanks to the courteous and always helpful attention shown to us by Pietro, the site manager. Nothing was too much trouble for him to attend to for us. We would be more than happy to return, and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Riva-del-Garda without being in the town centre.

Amazing

There is the perfect place to feel Italy. Quiet neighbourhood and one the most important thing - restaurant - delicious meals. Best place for children. Big comfortable apartment. I hope that i can back there soon.

very nice apartment in an old building but modern design very quiet environment,you wake up to the sound of bells ringing and birds chirping nice green backyard it takes only a ten minute walk to get to the city center there are bikes you can take for free very nice host . the beach is only a ten minute walk and is an amazing experience to have there is everything you will need in the apartment.

Great stay, we would like to come again!

The building is renovated with high quality and it is very beautiful, the surroundings is calm and beautiful nature. The personal was friendly and warm, Pietro was very helpful to us. There were free bicycles, so it was easy to move around. Comfortable atmosphere. Hiking route near the house.

We did not know that the prices for wine and olive oil from the property are a lot cheaper if bought in the reception instead of the house restaurant. A price list would be nice.

Peaceful and beautiful place for families

-Great Location, in the countryside in the middle of the olive trees and vineyard but not so far from the lake and the city -Super friendly and flexible staff -Very relaxed atmosphere -Amazing garden, our 2-year-old loved it... It's super well equipped for kids, plenty of toys -Bikes available for guests, even two with a child seat in the back -Restaurant on site -Beautiful historic building -Blacony in the flat -Big kitchen

-Our Appartment was quite dark -Bed could be more comfortable -hotplates in the kitchen were not working very well

Very nice place and appartment, would deffinitly go back in summer. Its not very close from the center but its ok to walk and visit the place. It had everything you need for a longer stay

Very kind host. Nice area around residence and delicious food in restaurant. Great opportunity to take a bike and cycle around city and lake. A lot of spaces in the parking. Clean and comfortable. Calm surroundings

Best place to stay at Riva !!!

From our arrival, Pietro welcome us with open arms. He show us around and rooms where we stayed. Rooms we had were 7 and 5 and 7 is huge apartment. This place is amazing. Every view you have from window is perfect. Super clean. You see all of them cleaning from morning till time to sleep. Really really clean! Restaurant also have some good food if you dont feel like walk 10min to center. We stayed here week and i am happy we did ! Amazing

An unique place compared to the surrounding options for accommodation in apartments and hotels. it is convenient that there is a restaurant downstairs. if you do not feel like going anywhere you can dine very deliciously on site. Beautiful garden where you can spend time reading a book with a glass of wine. Lots of activities for children, so they will not be bored.

A family friendly property in a quiet part of the town but still close to everything. The staff and facilities were great.

we were there in July and the rooms were hot. The rooms also overlooked the restaurant, so it could be loud until closing.

Vinyard and an agricultural area. Friendly staff.

No A/C.. You cannot sleep a minute. You either fight the mosquitos, or hear the bells of local church since early morning. If you get a room with bed in a kitchen, the 40 years old fridge would wake you up anytime the compressor starts. The worse is no A/C. This place is worth max. 50 €/night . Never again. I never had such an uncomfortable booking experience. I travel a lot, can stand different standards but not this one.

Very nice building and beautiful room

There is no airconditioning in the rooms, so when it’s hot outside, the room is not comfortable. At night, with the windows open, there is noise from the restaurant, sometimes even untill midnight. At dawn, flock of sparrows wake you up again. The staff was not up to par considering the price of accomodation.

Excellent stay in Riva del Garda, very spacious and comfortable apartment, super clean - located not in the city center but in exchange you get a peaceful and relaxing area of vineyards and olive trees - strongly recommend! We came with a dog, also no problem at all :) Restaurant downstairs offering excellent choice for lunch (we didn’t try dinner).

A hidden gem, lovely place

Lovely apartment, so clean and spacious - it really exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff, the place has a relaxed atmosphere and - the best tiramisu I’ve ever had! Should breakfast be available, I would definitely add that to any booking. Really a highly recommended place!

Amazing !

The property was exactly as advertised but even BETTER. quiet, comfortable, clean, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful view from the 1st floor. The Hosts are extremely kind and helpful, they picked us up in town and dropped us on our way back!!! We really enjoyed having access to free bikes and the beautiful garden surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. I would recommend this place without hesitating.
