Piacevole pernottamento in pieno relax

Camera molto ampia e ben organizzata; servizi igienici puliti e spaziosi. Colazione molto abbondante con molte varianti tra dolce e salato di buona qualità. Nonostante abbiamo soggiornornato in un periodo di ristrutturazione la camera è molto insonorizzata e non abbiamo sentito nulla. Personale molto cordiale. Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro di Riva del Garda in 5 min di auto. Struttura moderna, con parcheggio auto

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal ,Parkplätze vor dem Haus, sehr gutes Frühstück

Es war eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, aber keine Kapseln zum Kaffee machen, Tomaten hat es nur einmal gegeben, Gurken und Tomaten haben gefehlt aber trotzdem war das Frühstück super

Ottimo sogiorno

Il posto è molto bello e ben curato, ottima colazione con vasta scelta compreso qualche prodotto senza glutine. Le stanze sono ben insonorizzate ma forse non guasterebbe un pò più attenzione alla pulizia. Bel parco giochi con gonfiabili

Le coperte in lana della nonna sui letti non si possono vedere in un hotel di questo tipo, sono particolari da curare assolutamente.

Hôtel correct pour un court séjour

Location de vélo très pratique pour rejoindre le centre historique et faire des balades dans riva et ses alentours

Very pleasant stay at Lake Garda

Clean room, good breakfast, great pool, candies at the reception, free bike rental, free parking, close to many supermarkets, friendly staf :))

2 out of 3 nights there were issues with air conditioning. One night it was not working and the next night the AC was fixed but despite the fact that we have turned it off it was turning on authomatically at night and we have been freezing & waking up to turn it off several times :(

disappointed…

good location and close to good restaurants

it was one of our worst experiences traveling. the air conditioning was not working during the night. the room achieved 27 degrees. In the second day we talked to the staff, requested our money back to change the hotel, they said no and were not kind with us. We bought a fan in the supermarket to pass the other 3 days with a minimum level of comfort. we have chosen this hotel once it was described as a good option for kids (our nephew of 3yo travelled with us), and it was not as we expected. the playground was really dirty. in general, it was not a good experience. we decided to complete our stay in other hotel in garda.

Clean room, nice staff, gym, good breakfast

An air conditioning didn't work during the night. The swimming pool was dirty and wasn't ready for the guests. The price of gym wasn't included in the room accommodation.

Amazing for families with kids and a great value for what you spend. We will come back!

Amazing service from the hotel due to the smart and super friendly staff members from the reception, to the waiters and cooks to the cleaning staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. Also, it is Perfect for families with kids due to the huge playground outside.

Superb

Excellent location away but not far from Riva. Surrounded by mountain view. Room was very clean every day, toilets nicely designed and equipped. Breakfast very nice with much variety of deserts.

Disappointing

The trampolines in the garden for the kids. Friendly check-in staff.

Small room for 4. Very hard extra bed. Breakfast was really bad, mainly sweets and prepacked things. I booked it mainly for my kids because of the air jumping playground but it was not in operation.

Members of the reception was excellent! The whole hotel, every place (restaurant, lobbi, etc.) was beutiful, except the room, because the room would have to be renovation.

The menu was in italian language only. Waiters can not speak in German/English, but they were very nice & helpful in the activity of the ordering. The room for 3 person was very small. You can use the wellness only, when you pay 30 euro/pers.

Nice hotel, good breakfast (I was only missing some vegetables), nice people, rooms were clean and bed was super-large Free bike rental in a hotel :)

The location is not in the centre however you can be there on the bike in 10min

Kindly and professional staff at the reception. Comfortable parking. Good aacomodation

Breakfasts are poor. No vegatables, Untasty coffee. Staff at the restaurant can't speek english and ought to be more smiling. Very cold water at swimming pool, disorder on it.

Great value for money

We were given a free upgrade to a Deluxe room. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast was also good and staff were nice. We would love to stay here again if we return to lake Garda!

Hotel Campagnola Riva del Garda

Everything. Its a lovely hotel. The breakfast especially was brilliant -loads of choice, one of the best breakfasts I have had in a hotel. The staff were lovely. One of the receptionists even arranged a lift for me fir nothing- as I was stuck near the centre with luggage & could not get a taxi. Really great hotel. The room was lovely & big, with a balcony & the swimming pool was lovely. Had a really great stay! Plus the tall guy on reception with dark hair is really funny! Great restaurant too. Really loved staying there!

Air conditioner didnt seem to work very well- but maybe I was doing it wrong!

Very good

The children place was great and the pool. The breakfast was very tasty and the team were very nice.

The rooms are very small, the room for 4 people was compacting, and it was not comfortable. Tone of the room was with old furniture and not modern.
