The location was good. About a mile or a little more from the lake and center. It was wonderful to have the bikes at our disposal. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of selection. Front desk personnel were informative and helpful to explain what activities were available and general information.
The accommodations were clean, modern, but not as cozy as some of the places that we had stayed for the last few weeks. Still very nice.
The location was not my favorite. It was on the main road into Lake Garda. The good thing was that our rooms were very quiet and we were on the roadside. The price was right too.

Hotel with nice restaurant offering good dinner and breakfast. Motorcycle parking available in the garage free-of-charge.
If traveling again through Riva del Garda i will visit this hotel again.

The hotels location was good of you do not require being in the city center. We used it as a base for day trips around the region.
The only time I saw a staff member smile, was when we were checking out, maybe they should consider a new work place. There was mold on our shower head, I will share a Pic. Breakfast on Sunday was out of eggs every time I went to get some. Breakfast was exactly the same everyday, fresh out of the can. There was a wonderful fresh market across the street where you could get fresh fruits and vegetables but it must be much easier to take the easy way.overall, I would say this place had the least pleasant people I have encounted in all of my experiences in Italy, except for Naples. Also on Saturday night, I went to the front desk, the guy looked at me 3 times but continued to message on his phone. When I finally knocked. He yelled at me not to knock. The chances of me staying at this hotel again -3 out of 10.
