The pools, sauna, yoga, breakfast huge variety, spacious room. Beautiful surroundings and easy access to city Centre. Nice steak house around the corner.
No air conditioning, which was hard to sleep in on 35 deg nights.

The room, the spa, the reception staff were great. Breakfast was lovely. View from the balcony was incredible. Pick up from train station was great too. We wish we had booked for longer. Even keep our luggage while we did some hut to hut hiking. Free travel pass as well which was super helpful, sent in advance too so could use as soon as we arrived. We will be back
A bit out of Brunico however good public transport, with a bus stop just down the road. Not a massive negative but couldnt think of anything else

The facilities were excellent and the suite room very comfy for a family of 4
