Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Hotel pulitissimo, staff gentilissimo e una colazione davvero super, ricca e deliziosa. Abbiamo adorato l’atmosfera della struttura, molto accogliente e con quel mood di montagna che cercavamo
È a circa 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Brunico, ma la vista e la tranquillità valgono assolutamente la distanza. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio coperto incluso proprio accanto all’hotel.
Unica piccola pecca la stanza, un po’ piccola, e il fatto che per utilizzare spa e piscina il giorno del check-out sia necessario pagare 30€ a persona (sarebbe stato utile saperlo già in fase di prenotazione, in modo da poter organizzare al meglio le nostre giornate).

It was in a beautiful location, great facilities. Spa was nice but short hours for arriving day of check in. Room was big and balcony was nice. Staff was helpful and accommodating and breakfast was nice.
Booking.com and hotel room descriptions didn't match which made for a confusion on the room but all others were allocated so not much to do about it. Disappointed in the hotel and not the staff. Room.was warm in 35 degree weather and no AC of fan or central fans, room.right under restaurant with loud guests into late night. Only 1 door to get fresh air and outdoors lights on by hotel. Bed was hard and super shitty sleep. The room had not been used in awhile. Smelt like closed in sweaty socks. I thought for sure paying 2-3x the amount for a basic hotel would not create any issues but I was clearly wrong. I left asap in morning. Wasted money. My shower is bigger at home. I was just really dissatisfied this stay. Staff was lovely, not a reflection on them at all.
