Le camere sono molto vecchie, soprattutto il bagno, molto spartano e scomodo, materassi vecchi sicuramente da cambiare. Personale non parlava bene l’italiano quindi molte volte non capivano le nostre semplici richieste. prenotando sei mesi prima da booking mi sono ritrovata a pagare il doppio della mia amica che ha prenotato due giorni prima, eravamo già anche clienti e non c’è stato modo di venirci incontro, capisco che prenotare da booking sia sconveniente rispetto alla struttura, ma io ho speso 2000 € e la mia amica 1000 praticamente la metà un furto e il proprietario ci ha preso pure in giro dicendoci che ci sarebbe venuto incontro siamo arrivati in fondo, abbiamo speso anche 120 € in più rispetto a quello che c’era stato detto per effettuare un cambio stanza perché quella dove ci avevano messo era davvero orribile in una struttura separata, dove per accedere alla spa dovevamo fare 200 m in accappatoio all’aperto
