Der Service war außergewöhnlich, das Essen sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, die Cocktails in der Bar ein Traum! Für Fahrradfahrer von Herzen zu empfehlen da es einen abschließbaren Fahrradraum gibt , kleine Fahrradecke mit Werkzeug, Waschstation, Routenempfehlungen über Komoot, Fahrrad Verleih usw…

Es war ein super Urlaub, der mit dem freundlichen Empfang an der Rezeption begonnen hat, und sich durch das ganze Hotel und Personal fortgesetzt hat. Ich habe ein so nettes Personal in allen Bereichen des Hotels schon lange nicht mehr gesehen danke. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend, und der Pool und Wellness Bereich sind sehr schön. Der Abstellplatz für die Räder sucht seinesgleichen, einfach perfekt. Man kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen es passt Erbach alles für einen schönen Urlaub.

La piscina caliente y la terraza. El desayuno también Estaba bueno.
La atención de la secretaria. No dijeron que tendríamos una plaza de parking con nuestro nombre asignado y cuando llegamos tarde no había tal plaza. Nos dejaron dejarlo en el eléctrico.

The hotel decor is beautiful. The pool area is perfect and the views are lovely. Breakfast was great plenty of healthy choices and great juicer. The room was big and was cleaned daily.
The dinner at the hotel was poor. It lacked flavour and had missing ingredients. Our waiter was friendly but it took awhile for drinks to come and we had to ask twice for the children’s meals. On two occasions the main didn’t even come :(
The staff around the hotel don’t say good morning etc it was us who said it first.
