The building itself is truly beautiful and impressive. The breakfast was rich, varied, and very delicious.
There was a dripping faucet in the bathroom, and the minibar prices were quite expensive.

This was a wonderful stay! Such a beautiful property! Our rooms were very large and the bed HUGE! While the rooms may seem "outdated" to some reviewers, to us they were great. The marble trim and furnishings were enchanting and the rooms had everything we needed. The shower was the best we had in our 10 days in Italy! We very much enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, and there were many selections available. Eggs, potatoes, bacon, lunchmeats and cheeses, breads and pastries, yogurt and fresh fruit, juice and coffee/tea (plus other things we didn't eat). The outside of the hotel is gorgeous and we loved walking the property. We would most definitely stay here again!

External view of palace. Really big bed in room and it was comfortable to sleep on it. The breakfast area itself was really beautiful and well designed.
1. I was charged for slippers — for the first time in my life! 🫣 I honestly found this quite surprising for a hotel of this level.
2. The omelette was cold, despite being brought directly from the kitchen. This was rather disappointing, especially during breakfast.
3. Unfortunately, the corridors and the rooms did not live up to the expectations created by the hotel’s beautiful public areas. They felt rather simple, dated, and in need of renovation.
