Generous breakfast.
The difficulty getting taxis bact to the hotel in the late evening, especially on Saturday night and after the Il Volo concert which wr attended.
A simple shuttle bus from a pre arranged point in the Centro at specific times would be so helpful.
We had to walk/ shuffle at a tortoise pace as my hubby has a mobility challenge caused by Parkinsons.

The facilities and the room were decent.
Unfortunately I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I found hair in the bathtub which was still there even after the cleaning day. When the floor was cleaned, the dust was simply moved around rather than properly removed. Another unpleasant aspect was that my personal belongings were moved from place to place, sometimes mixed with my roommate’s things. The “highlight” of this experience was finding my street sandals placed on my clothes.
Additionally, as shown in one of the attached pictures, the trash bin in front of the hotel remained full for about 24 hours.
Also, the walls are very thin or not soundproofed at all, so you can hear every single breath from neighboring rooms.
