・イタリア語がわからずともコミュニケーションを取ろうと努めてくれたこと
・毎日掃除が行き届いており清潔感があったこと（ベッドシーツの交換のほか、タオルの交換や石鹸の補充が毎日あって助かりました）
・エアコンの効きが良かったこと
・部屋の明かりの暗さと内装が相まって、少し監獄のように感じられたこと
・部屋の中に冷蔵庫がなかったこと（一週間の滞在では少し不便でした）
・コンセントが少なかったこと
