Newly renovated hotel, excellent location so friendly and professional staff, you really cannot ask for more.
Very clean room with all the necessary staff.
Breakfast was excellent.
We really felt welcomed by everyone.

Location was perfect. Walkable to everything but not as crowded as St. Mark's Square area. The bed was super comfy and the room was a great size. Staff was very helpful and even booked us a private boat taxi to the airport because we had an early flight.

I loved the quiet but convenient location, the view of the canal from the room, and how clean and new the room was
I didn’t like having no staff on site, and the reliance on the sister hotel across the piazza

The breakfast 😋
The receptionist when we were trying to check in. She was not very articulate. I can hardly understand what she was paying. I don't know if she is Chinese, or Vietnamese when I was talking to her on the intercom.
Being a receptionist, one must know English very well.
