The staff was very helpful. Great locatio to get around Venice.
The only thing we didn't like was the lack of a lift. But we knew it ahead of time and the staff was helpful in getting our luggage up to the room on the 3rd floor..

The stay at the hotel was lovely, starting from the staff, they were all very nice and polite and always helpful. Is near the train station so walking with the luggage wasn't that bad, only 5 min I would say and very easy to find. Is located in a lovely alleyway, very peaceful and quiet. The hotel has a boutique style, very nicely decorated. The bedroom had very good size, the bed was also big and very comfortable, it came with a nice closet and the decoration was very pretty and very "Venice style", also our room had a private balcony that made it even more special. The bathroom had a good size as well, shower worked perfectly with hot water as well. They helped with extending the stay one night and other requests like steam iron. The neighborhood is very nice as well, you can walk everywhere and it's a good starting point for your daily adventures.
In general all was lovely. I would improve the breakfast, wasn't the best to be honest, eggs were cold and the selection was just super small, but we made it work. Also the bathroom in our bedroom had a sliding door that wouldn't really close properly and it had a big gap in the bottom, so when you are staying as couple and need to use the toilet is a bit uncomfortable, if they fix that would have been perfect.

It was close to the train station and we were able to leave our bags until our departure later in the day. The beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly.
There was only one plug socket in the room and it was located in the bathroom. We had 2 rooms and both were the same.
