The location is really excellent and a stone's throw from the Guglie stop as well as being just one bridge to the train station.

We booked this hotel as emergency accommodation after our travel plans changed and I'm so glad we did, it was a gorgeous modern hotel with art everywhere and the facilities were fantastic, big comfy beds and very luxurious bathrooms. The staff were also kind enough to let us check in early and also stored our bags the following day after we checked out so we could do some last minute exploring. The location is also very convenient - walking distance from the train station and minutes from a water bus stop, and close to lots of restaurants and cafes.
Honestly couldn't fault it.

Lovely clean, modern hotel in a great location.
My room had a bath but when I decided to use this rather than the shower the bathroom floor flooded - this needs to be looked into
