Great location. Very tidy and clean. Great WiFi
Unable to check into room as code didn't work. Had to use WhatsApp to communicate but did not get to speak to a person directly. Room was very small

I liked the location. The room was clean and had everything that I needed.
I thought it was very expensive for what it was. No reception, no bar, no restaurant, no staff within miles until the day I left and the bed was not that comfortable.

Location was good, staff were helpful & the bedroom with living room was spacious although I would not call this a suite.
The sewage smell from the bathroom was terrible, I know some of this is due to the history of Venice and the age of the building, but it was so bad we had to hold our breath every time we went to the toliet - I really think the hotel could do something to ventilate the loo better or at least have an air freshener in there. Also we were there in January, I can't even image how bad it is in the summer.
Secondly the bed was really uncomfortable, it was so hard that both my husband have come away with really sore backs, and the last point is around the noise, we live in zone 2 in London and can usually sleep through most things but we found this location to be really noisy, perhaps it was our room as we were right by the bridge that crossed the canal, but again I am sure this only gets worse in the summer.
We are usually very relaxed travellers and have really never had any issues before, but this hotel didn't meet our expectations sadly.
