The beds were comfortable. It was mostly clean. The front desk woman was very nice and helpful.
The bathroom garbage had not been emptied and had female hygiene products in it.
The stairs were steep and dangerous.

Loved the charming Italian setting, the room was very cute, clean, comfortable, and the property was in a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast arriving at the room each morning was lovely as well.
We have nothing that we did not like!

The plug sockets didn’t work by the bed so phones didn’t charge
