The location was amazing, 5 mins walking distance to Rialto Bridge. The staff was always ready to help and very kind. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast had limited options but a great coffee though.

The staff were amazing. They were kind, answered questions quickly, and helped where they could.
The key cards were great. We felt very safe. The location was perfect! Super close to the best gelato place (Suso), St. Mark's, the water ferry, and many other great visits. The restaurant was great! We cancelled reservations at other restaurants to eat at the hotel restaurant again.
It was not very clean. Lots of maintenance needed, even taking into account the age of the building.

Good location. Nice area to have breakfast and staff were very nice.
There was construction work going on in the next room at around 8am which was not ideal. The rooms were dirty and the beds were missing multiple slats.
