Good location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator which made luggage and pram difficult, there are staff to help you with this but we had an early train to catch and the staff had not started yet

Rooms were clean and nicely decorated and convent to water taxi dock. The staff were kind and helpful.

We had the whole suite, lower level which was the entrance, and upper level was the bed and bathroom. Good location.
This was an extremely old building, like any other building in Venice, and expensive! For €250/night, I‘d rather go to a 4star hotel somewhere else that I get the service as well. But this is Venice, you get half the value of your money everywhere.
