The staff was very accommodating. Since we were, of course, tourists, they helped us book a water taxi an early morning pick up. They helped us with our luggage and even made us coffee at 4:00am!
We didn't care for the 3 flights of stairs of stairs manuveuring large suitcases, we felt very fortunate to have found this 2-bedroon apartment so close to San Marco Square.

Location was great
Beds were terrible, springs all gone in them woke up every day with a sore back. Paint peeling off the walls, shower head doesn’t stay up. Needs new beds and shower head and a lick of paint it wouldn’t cost much to bring up to scratch!
