The location was great and the staff was friendly.
The facilities were super clean, including the shared bathroom.
The shared bathroom was not available sometimes because in use by rooms that had a private bathroom.

The terrace and free coffee was a lovely addition. The staff were friendly and helpful giving advice on where to eat. Perfect location.

Fabulous welcome! All staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding. Room was as photo suggested, very good, clean, quiet, wonderfully located. We cannot fault. Super!
Nothing really, only note it is up 4 short flights of stairs which was fine as we do not have mobility issues.

The location, the friendly staff, and the effort made to keep the place clean.
The room felt dated and had a stale smell. Some parts of the walls were already peeling off.
The hotel is located on the top floor of a four-storey building, and the entrance leaves a poor first impression. After passing through the access doors, you have to walk through a rather unwelcoming ground-floor area before reaching the hotel. Overall, the initial impression could be improved considerably.
