Great location close to san marco square and taxi spots. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Lovely touches with the biscuits and toiletries. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a squeeze to gain access to the buffet and the range was a little odd; chicken legs!

It was an excellent choice for a hotel. It was so centrally located. Easy to get anywhere in Venice. The staff were super nice. Was a cozy wonderful hotel. The breakfast were delightful with great choices to start the day. I was so pleased with my choice, I would stay there again.
The rooms were a bit small, that being said, that is european hotels. It was clean and dilightful.

Great location and a small but nice breakfast. The hotel also has historical vibes (I like it, my wife doesn't). It's nice small hotel but...
There is one big minus and several small ones that are not very important.
The main minus is the temperature in the room. We got a room with a non-working heating/air conditioner and an extra oil electric heater probably 20 years old... but it saved us from starring in Frozen 3: Way to Venice. The walls were ice-cold, and the bathroom temperature was around 15 at best. Maybe that's acceptable for a rented apartment in Italy, but not for a hotel in Venice. The outside temperature was around 0 to −2 at night.
Small minuses:
- One of the reception staff members was not friendly... A little mix with tiredness , age and passive aggressiveness in a polite way but still... (the other one was nice).
- The way to the breakfast area goes through an open space, so if it's raining, you need an umbrella or may get wet.
- Some mold, but I think it’s common in Venice.
