The locations was very good, near to the highlights of Venice. It was easy to come and go and the room was very clean and nicely equipped. The staff was all very nice and quick to respond.
Maybe a few more signs inside the property, indicating the direction of the rooms would be nice, but it wasn't a major issue.

Great location. We had a large, balcony room overlooking a canal. Helpful receptionist from parent hotel showed us the room.

Amazing location just 2 mins walk from Piazza San Marco. Nicely decorated and freshly renovated spacious room with high ceiling (ca. 3.5 m.). Supermarket just opposite the entrance door. Lively canal underneath - always gondola's traffic there.
The door is missing/broken in the shower cabin. Broken showerhead rail. Fridge not working. AC with low cooling power is barely enough for such a room size.
