Excellent location near the Rialto Bridge and San Marcos which means also near restaurants and all kind of attractions and transportation.
The room was cozy, clean, and quiet and the bathroom had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The building doesn't have an elevator (it's Venice, people!) but we asked for a lower floor and that was provided. The staff was super nice and helpful and my husband and I hope to stay there again.
Nothing.

Location
Extremely small rooms. They offer it for 4 adults. They should specify they would be all grouped in a small space. There is no refrigerator or coffee maker. The shower is very slippery and uncomfortable without a safety bar to hold. They require the “city fee” in cash.
