The Hotel is in an excellent location and my room had quiet air conditioning. They actually had great pillows. The staff were very friendly. A member arranged, guided and helped me carry my items to get a taxi to the airport! Super staff!
Bathroom was a little bit awkward to use with the positioning of the shower and toilet. The bed was very firm.

Location, walkable distance to st marks square! Beautifully decorated rooms w thoughtful goodies like toothbrushes, sandals, and robes. Had a cute window too. White sheets! Felt very safe too! Would stay again.
A little on the small side but worth it to me for the location.
