A destacar la atención del personal, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Reservamos la opción de desayuno y cena, y acertamos. Ubicado a unos minutos andando del puente Rialto y de San Marcos. Limpieza de 10!
Hay que tener en cuenta que está ubicado en pleno centro, donde los edificios son más pequeños y antiguos, por lo que es difícil que dispongan de ascensor. En nuestro caso nos tocó un tercer piso, pero como íbamos con mochila y sin maletas no hubo problema alguno.

La ubicación es muy buena porque está en el centro de la ciudad. El desayuno es bueno y abundante.
El baño estuvo roto el primer día que llegamos y recién lo arreglaron a la tarde del segundo día. Estábamos en un tercer piso y no había ascensor tuvimos que subir el equipaje nosotras mismas (somos personas mayores). Además, no era en hotel sino un anexo del mismo.
