Fantastic location, pleasant staff, beautiful decor in bedroom.
The breakfast was good, plenty of variety to cater for most tastes, however the restaurant itself could have been cleaner. The toilet in particular, was not pleasant. However this would not stop me returning or from recommending this place to others.

The location was prime right near the famous bridge, lots of cafe and restaurants close by.
The room was small and obviously being Italy there are stairs - no lift. Also no balcony

I liked the area it was located. Right beside rialto bridge. Easy to get to from venice airport to the bridge by boat. The junior suite was recently done so it was a nice room.
It was reasonable price for the hour we spent . We stayed for one night and then went onto union lido
The bar restaurant to this hotel is very dated and looked un kept. . Room was 2nd floor no lift but stairs were manageable... no coffee in room but had kettle !
