We were met and guided from taxi to and from train station great tips provided they went above and beyond
The chaos of people and apparently quiet time of year and hubby was disappointed couldn’t get Netflix or streaming

Great location, friendly staff with helpful recommendations!
The towel rack wasn’t working, we informed the receptionist twice, had to turn it on from downstairs and still didn’t turn on. The temperature was set up to 21 but the room felt cold and there is also a mosquito issue but they provided us with mosquito plug in repellent.
