The location was perfect. The room and facilities were amazing and beyond what we expected. The chap who greeted us was very friendly and showed us everything. The bed was very comfortable and the terrace was a lovely place.

Fantastic location and facility. Very clean, and well finished.
Noise from windows. Level below must of been a restaurant doing dishes/banging bottles for half the night. Not a massive deal.

The room was very comfortable and new, the licayion is great
The guy in charge the reception has been very rude to us.
The lift was broken when we arrive. An Italian speaking woman checked in before us and the guy asked her if she needs any help with her suitcase; she said she didn’t need as she has only a carry on small suitcase. As we had two medium-large suitcases I asked the guy to help us to the third floor. He said “I am not a porter”. I reminded him that providing a working lift and if it’s out of order allocating someone to help it’s their responsibility, he said that “they don’t have such a responsibility”. After I reminded him that offering help to a woman who speaks Italian and rejecting us is discrimination he finally moved and brought our suitcases to our room.
