Beautiful view from my room of the Grand Canal. You must request Canal view, and it costs more, but in my opinion it was well worth it, especially compared to other canal view hotels. They also have an entrance right off a small side canal, where the boat pulls right up to the side entrance of the hotel , and you disembark straight into the hotel lobby, so getting there by water taxi is very easy and quite interesting.
Very old world, as it is a converted palazzo. Steps away from Accademia bridge, where you can get a vaporetto to many places.
The rooms were rather dark. Without many lighting options, so it was a bit tricky at night. Also, there is no elevator, which they do state clearly in their hotel information, but Hotel staff was kind enough to help me with my bag up the one flight of stairs to my room.

It was comfortable but a bit worn out. Good hot water for shower. I did not have breakfast here, so no idea about that. Staff helped me share a water taxi with some other people to the airport so it was not exorbitant. Good location
WiFi never worked and the 3+ flights of steps were horrific. Most of the staff was lovely.
