The staff was attentive and gave "extra" details on the hotel amenities, including a wonderful private water taxi and tour of Murano provided by the hotel. The manager took exceptional care to welcome us. The two room suite was well appointed with modrern bathrrooms. A very good value-
Entry stairs a little difficult to maneuver with luggage - but once staff saw us coming they helped. The rest of the time, staff was available to move luggage in and out of room.

Amazing location, just 2 minutes walk from St Mark's square. Staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Staff, location, authenticity, concierge, bar tender. Everything was great.
Location is especially great if you want to be in that part of Venice, with instant access to everything you need regarding attractions, food, souvenirs, shopping.
Very easy to find your way back to without using a map, after wandering around the rest of Venice.
Would have liked a room with a view, but we were out most of the time so was not an issue.
The sound system in bar/lounge/breakfast area is terrible and distorted to the point of being painful torture even at low background volume level. Please please please have this looked at or replaced.
