The room was clean, comfortable and we were lucky the room was ready a little early so we got checked in and settled before exploring. The breakfast was lovely and there was a lot of choice

We loved the decor of the room. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the best I have ever experienced. The windows looked out over the canal and that was wonderful. We had a bunch of roses that I didn't have a vase for and whilst we were out the cleaners tidied our room and put the roses in a vase. Just felt like we were in a palace.
We noticed that there wasn't a kettle.

Gorgeous canal-side room in the Venetian style right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was delicious too.

The location and cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The size of the room was outstanding. Breakfast was very good.
The room was one of the noisiest rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel was quiet but the noise from the canal outside the room was incredible. There was a party boat that passed every evening at around 11.00pm and then delivery boats every morning from 6.00am.
I appreciate that this is not the fault of the hotel, but posted for awareness.
The staff were also quite abrupt.
