Location!! Was closed tonthe Rialto Bridge and st Mark's square. Check in was easy. Took the vaporetto and walked to the hotel. Receptionist help with looking up schedule for vaporetto since we were leaving early in the morning. Loved the candies at reception desk,.complimentary tea with kettle. We got slippers and toiletries. Loved the balcony overlooking the canal. Liked the luggage rack.
It did not have a lift and no smart tv

Central location, clean, great breakfast and staff were super friendly!
Haha the 4 flights of stairs up to our room but it was a small price to pay for the great location.
