My stay at the The St. Regis Venice was excellent. The hotel combines refined design, attentive service, and a genuine sense of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
One detail I particularly appreciated was the daily champagne sabering ritual at 5 pm, where guests are invited to enjoy a glass of champagne. It’s a thoughtful touch that reflects the hotel’s commitment to creating memorable experiences rather than simply providing accommodation.
The staff were consistently professional, warm, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and a sophisticated atmosphere
My only minor criticism concerns the room. Although it was an upgraded category and beautifully appointed, it felt quite compact, with limited space to comfortably accommodate luggage. The view overlooked an interior courtyard, which lacked the charm and atmosphere one naturally hopes for when staying in Venice

Location, view and bartenders cocktails.
Some of the staff are not aware of working in St. Regis, rudely acting and they couldn’t get what we wanted and needed during the stay…
