The Hotel Staff was spectacular , every single one of them. Treated us like a family very helpful in solving some travel issues and train related matters. Our train was leaving at 7.30am to Rome (4hr trip) they brought a large bag of snacks and juices and fruits so we can have them on the train.
The complimentary breakfast alone is worth the stay (first class food), the drink at the Terrace at sunset breathtaking.
Venice is an amazing place and the Hotel location was ideal very close to St Mark square in the middle of luxurious Brands ( you know its a good location when Hermes, LV, Dior etc… are right by the Hotel entrance). It was also very close to Taxi drop off and pick up to come in and leave so don’t have to drag the luggage’s.
Couplle great restaurants would give us best tables ( with Views) the moment I mention Hotel Firenze concierge recommended them.
I had a haircut done with no wait time on Saturday evening for 35Euro at a Barber recommended by concierge. Rooms were clean bathrooms brand new.
I would definitely stay there again.

A treasure near San Marco .
What a find!
The rooms were nice for a boutique hotel. It was close to everything . One of the nicest things was the breakfast service. In addition, the front desk staff was excellent.
