Everything was superb. Spacious, beautiful room and bathroom. Amazing attention to detail from decor to food to service. Cosy and warm. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in - in Venice (including St Regis and Danielli) and worldwide. Beautifully decorated and even though a smaller hotel, it felt super luxurious.
Some of the staff including senior concierge could have been warmer.
