The location was very convenient from the boat stop. Alessandro was incredibly kind, helpful and communicative. Comfortable room and good breakfast. We loved our stay.

Central location, 5-10 mins from St Marks, but far enough away to not be to busy and easily accessible to the other areas of Venice. 2 mins from Giglio water taxi stop. This is out 3rd time visiting, twice in the B&B and 1st time in the apartment, which was fantastic and much larger than expected. 5 star.

Everything!! The owner was amazing and a life saver doing some of my laundry. Cappuccinos by the windows were amazing each morning! He also gave us a paper map and gave us hints where to go. It was the best stay and vacation I’ve had in my life across the world! We walked all of Venice thanks to him!

Location was awesome. You could watch the gondolas pass by and also walk around with ease. Very safe area.
Only one bathroom.
