The hotel is adorable. Lots of character. Our room didn't have a view at all so it was a bit dark, but it was fine. It was really spacious which was a definite bonus compared to some of the other hotels we have stayed in. The staff was INCREDIBLY nice and super helpful. Probably one of the best staff experiences we had in all of Italy. SO nice! The courtyard is adorable. We didn't eat breakfast there, but I'm sure it was nice; it was held in a really neatly decorated section of the hotel. Lots of personality in this hotel. We felt the location was really good. Easy to walk to all the spots we wanted to walk to, and lots of character to be seen getting there and to other places. We'd stay there again, but might ask for a room with a view next time.
Our room was somewhat dark, but it was also hot in Italy at the time, so that was probably a good thing. We'd request a view next time if possible.

Great location, day staff was very nice
The room was dirty, the shower didn’t stay up and flooded the room. The night guy was not helpful at all
