B&B Al Teatro was in an excellent location very central & close to SAN Marco Square, Basilica & Doges Palace.
Within easy walking to major tourist attractions and also easy walking to Giglio Vaporetto water stop. We loved location in quite area of canals. Our Host Elanora was very kind & hospitable & welcoming into her family home.

The property was perfect and exactly as advertised. We had a room with windows facing two directions and all had views of the canal which had non stop Gondola traffic which added to the Venetian experience. The room is very well located close to San Marco and the shopping area making it an easy walk to most of the tourist attractions. It was very clean with a modern bathroom. The host, Eleonora was welcoming and in contact with is prior to arrival to ensure we could find the room. Once we arrived, she was forthcoming with lots of information that we found useful for our trip. We cannot fault this accommodation and had already started to discuss a return trip before we even left.
We hated that we had to say goodbye - we could have easily stayed another week

Eleonora was so welcoming and really looked after us during our stay! Great location! The view from the room was amazing above a main Gondola route! Highly recommend B&B Al Teatro with Eleonora!

Eleonora was an amazing host helping us with travelling advice before we even arrived in Italy, she really helped to take the stress out of where to park and which bus boat to catch to the property. The building is full
of character, the location is perfect for San Marco and very good value for money, we had a spacious room with original features. The best surprise were the gondolas passing under our window playing music and singing, this was only during the day so nice and quiet at night. Our stay ticked every box and gave us a true taste of Venice.
