The staff and location are easily the best parts about this place. Bed was comfortable. Free water, coffee, prosecco provided. Great view from the balcony of my room. Everything was very clean. No problem on these.
The construction was very very shoddy and I could hear what was going on in the rooms around me very easily. Design choices are extremely questionable. Especially for the price point of the place. These could really be better.

The location was a bit difficult to get to
Also not suitable for a sole female traveler

The room is very clean and location is very convenient. The shower is very good and warm.
The water taxi that arrived straight at the door of the hotel was very cool.

Great location to shopping, all sightseeings and water taxi station. Super friendly staff.
The floor is not even and maybe because it’s in Venice?
No elevator and no helpers to carry the luggages.
