Very nice to have a tour at check in, welcome bottle of prosecco was very nice. Lovely rooftop patio and sitting room. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were very kind. Location was perfect, central but not too busy. Appreciated considering specific room on booking.
The bed was uncomfortable with the two singles put together, the border of each hurt when laying in the middle, and the springs made our legs sore. Towel upgrades would also be a nice touch.

It was cute and quirky, well decorated with wonderfully helpful staff and a great location from which to explore Venice.
Slightly odd smell but put that down to Venice pipework…
