Location fantastic. Room fantastic and well done. Very easy access to the hotel and to the main sites of Venice. My interaction with reception in the evening (Sam in particular) and in the morning was great. Did not take breakfast.
Cannot think of anything in particular.

Friendly staff, we loved our stay here. The deck with a view of the canal was the perfect place to unwind. Staff had champagne for us upon arrival and even made a cake for my husbands birthday!

Hard to chose, everything was so perfect. The location, the bed, the cleaning service but even more the staff who made our stay wonderfull. They recommended us the best restaurant ever and made us live a really great experience in Murano !
Nothing worth noticing

Good location, good breakfast, clean room
Bathroom with no ventilation, noise all over when other room’s door close automatically, room smaller than expected. Do not accept offers of transfer to and from airport or station because they charge 2 or 3 times what you can easily arrange yourself. Trip to Murano is free only to go, but arrange back trip. Go with a vaporetto ticket.
